My Work
8 PROJECTS · ALL LIVE · ONE MACHINE
santree
Your backlog, shipped in parallel
A desktop app that puts Claude on several of your tickets at once, each agent in its own git worktree. You watch them work, step in when one goes wrong, read the diff and open the PR.
hermes
Everything you read, and what you made of it
A reader for the blogs and sites you actually follow, with an AI TL;DR before you commit to a long piece and a Hacker News lens on what the thread is saying. The rating, tags and note you leave on each article stay with it, so a year of reading turns into a library you can search.
chismed
Your chats, read back to you
Upload a WhatsApp export and it reads the whole conversation for you. Who replies in seconds, who leaves you on read, and every red flag in between.
voyra
Travel, in three dimensions
Turn a trip into a story you can fly through. Plan the route, drop in your photos and notes, then share the journey or go wander someone else's.
daedalus
One pane over the whole box
The control plane for my NixOS server. Every service, deploy and health check on one screen, so running the machine means reading a page instead of opening ten shells.
anansi
The place to talk about your life
Six connected surfaces for goals, values, people and reflection. Encrypted end to end, with no streaks and nothing to notify you. Slow software, built for the arc of a life.
santree-cli
The same worktrees, without the window
santree as a terminal app. Create, switch and retire worktrees, pull up the Linear ticket, hand it to Claude and open the PR, all from one dashboard and never the mouse.
iris
One QR code, pointed anywhere
A QR code you print once and re-aim whenever you like: at a link, an image, or your own small page of links. The square itself never changes, so the sticker on the wall never goes stale. It can carry a photograph too, dithered into the space between the modules, and still scan.
