One pane over the whole box
The control plane for my NixOS server. Every service, deploy and health check on one screen, so running the machine means reading a page instead of opening ten shells.

The ticket is the prompt
A desktop app that starts coding agents from your tickets. Press Run and it writes the agent's first prompt from the ticket, its comment thread and your notes, then starts it in a git worktree of its own. When review comes back, Start work turns the failing checks and comments into the next prompt.

Made at Fast Forward, the Vercel and Meta hackathon in San Francisco, October 2026.Walk a room with an iPhone that has LiDAR and the browser draws it as you go, in 3D and as a plan where every wall, door, window and object carries its size in meters. Furniture you capture with Apple's Object Capture replaces its box at its own measured size, and a design layer moves, turns and swaps pieces without ever editing the scan.

From a page in an old hand to a line you can cite
Built for friends doing history PhDs at Harvard, who transcribe 19th-century handwriting.Photos, scans and their Zotero libraries come in, and an open vision model trained on historical documents reads each page line by line while they correct it beside the scan. Names are indexed across every document, and their questions are answered with quotations checked against the page.

Everything you read, and what you made of it
A reader for the blogs and sites you actually follow, with an AI TL;DR before you commit to a long piece and a Hacker News lens on what the thread is saying. It reads any of it aloud in your own voice, cloned from a few seconds of you reading. The rating, tags and note you leave on each article stay with it, so a year of reading turns into a library you can search.

One QR code, pointed anywhere
A QR code you print once and re-aim whenever you like: at a link, an image, or your own small page of links. The square itself never changes, so the sticker on the wall never goes stale. It can carry a photograph too, dithered into the space between the modules, and still scan.
